WOODPECKER PROJECT

The Woodpecker Lake House at Finley Point

MMB was hired to deconstruct an existing dilapidated cabin and build a new lake home, from the ground up, in the old cabin's footprint. Our owner brought to us a design from an architect he had worked with on a previous project and we were happy to execute this design and construct a family gathering place we're sure will be enjoyed for generations.
